I’ve been interested in radio controlled airplanes since i was a kid. When I grew older, I became fascinated by UAV’s. Since I prefer small planes over big ones, I became even more fascinated by MAV’s.
In 2005, during my one but last year of engineering studies, I read in a popular science magazine about a MAV being developed in my own university! Obviously, I found my perfect thesis subject a few weeks later :-)
Thanks to that thesis, I know a lot more about the technology behind MAV’s and UAV’s. Oh yes, one day i’ll have my own ;-)
